An oversized sweater and sequins... nothing is more "me". Speaking of, this year, I want to remain true to myself by creating the space needed to make my Youtube videos and get up as many blog posts as I can. I often get so tired, and it's so time consuming to film and shoot for a website plus maintain a Youtube channel, but each time I upload content I am so glad I put forth the effort. That being said, if you are setting resolutions for the new year, make them in the present tense and you already know this, but make them positive. For example: "I get outdoors more often." vs "I wanna lose 20 lbs." I find that setting those goals high and making them big is the best way to accomplish something meaningful. Saying them as if they have already begun is the greatest way to get started with making them happen.
